摘要 本文阐述了中小学美术教师培训活动的实践策略,基于中小学美术教师的个性化需求,遵循"发现、培养、研究、推广"的培训理念,自上而下,从省、市、区三级培训管理中梳理总结了六个方面:以教师培训为基石,推进专业发展;以活动竞赛为阶梯,督导技能提升;以课题研究为指南,引领学习方向;以课程开发为契机,丰富地方课程;以教学研究为核心,提高教育质量;以出版推广为载体,梳理成果收获。 This paper describes the practice of strategy training art teachers in primary and secondary schools, the personalized needs of the elementary and middle school art teachers based on, follow the discovery, training, research and promotion of the training concept, from top to bottom, from the provincial, municipal and district level three training management summed up the six aspects: teacher training as the cornerstone to promote the professional development of the competition ladder; supervision skills; to research for the guide, leading the direction of learning; in curriculum development as an opportunity to enrich the local curriculum;teaching and research as the core, improve the quality of education;to promote the publication as the carrier, combing the results of harvest.
