A Study on the Effectiveness of Model Education in Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning under the New Situation——A Case Study of Fuzhou Institute of Technology

榜样示范教育是高校思政教育的重要手段,通过对福州理工学院的个案研究,发现示范教育有效性受到内外两种因素影响。在榜样示范教育过程中需要尊重受教育群体的价值多元化,确保榜样类型的广泛性和针对性,充分利用多个平台加强榜样教育的渗透力,建立健全榜样权利保障机制,促进榜样示范作用的最大化。

Model education is an important means of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Through the case study of Fuzhou Institute of Technology, it is found that the effectiveness of demonstration education is affected by both internal and external factors.In the process of exemplary education, we need to respect the value of the educational groups in order to ensure the diversity and pertinence of the type of model, make full use of multiple platforms to strengthen the penetration of model education, establish and improve the role model,maximize.
