摘要
本文通过现状分析、问卷调查、走访调研等方式确立了高校辅导员职业胜任能力测评的指标体系,运用层次分析法,通过构建判断矩阵确定各目标层指标的权重,最终形成胜任能力评价模型,为建立科学合理的辅导员评价体系提供参考。
This article through the present situation analysis, questionnaire investigation, visiting research methods such as established the index system of assessment of professional competence of university counselors, using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp), by constructing judgment matrix to determine the weight of each target layer index, eventually forming competence evaluation model, in order to establish a scientific and reasonable counselor evaluation system to provide the reference.
