摘要
高校人事管理工作办法,有些已经落后了,缺乏主动性,有些已经不适应高校管理的需要,缺乏创新性,甚至起到了反作用。由此可见,高校人事管理工作焏待改进与创新。本文论述了现阶段我国高校人事管理工作的不足,提出改进与创新的几种新的路径。
Some of the personnel management methods in Colleges and universities have lagged behind, lack of initiative, some have not adapted to the needs of university management, lack of innovation, and even played a counterproductive role!
