湿热地区住宅分体空调的人行为控制节能案例模拟研究 被引量:9

A Simulation Study on the Behavioral Energy Savings of Residential Buildings in Hot and Humid Climate: A Case Study on the Use of Air-conditioning

摘要 人行为对建筑的实际能耗有着重要影响,是近年来建筑节能研究的热点。本文基于现有调查数据拟合得到我国湿热地区夏季人的空调控制行为模型及其相关参数,继而以福州的典型住宅建筑为例,采用DeST工具包对高温天气下分体空调的人行为控制及能耗进行模拟。计算结果表明相比于全时开启模式,人控制间歇性使用模式可减少空调能耗49.7%。本研究对人用能行为引导和空调设计有一定的参考意义。 Occupant behavior is a significant factor affecting the actual building energy consumption. The present work first developed the AC usage model based on the data fitting of actual occupant behavior in hot and humid climates of China,then a case study was conducted on the energy consumption of two different occupant-related AC usage patterns in residential buildings of Fuzhou city under high temperature conditions by employing the DeST toolkits. The results show that occupant-related intermittent AC usage mode can save the energy by as much as49. 7% when compared with the full-time usage mode. The outcome of the study can shed some light on guiding artificial energy consuming behaviors and AC design as well.
