Thermal Insulation Performance Optimization for Buildings in the South China Sea

摘要 为了提出适宜南海地区岛礁气候条件的建筑隔热设计,采用建筑能耗软件计算了空调能耗和室内环境参数,分别针对屋顶和外墙两个建筑隔热重点部位进行多种构造形式的对比分析。结果表明:双层通风屋顶结合采用绝热材料的夹心外墙隔热构造具有显著隔热和节能优势。给出屋顶和外墙适宜的构造做法。 The energy usage of the air conditioner and indoor environment parameters were simulated by the software of building energy consumption in order to put forward the insulation design suitable for the climatic conditions of reefs in the South China Sea. Several structural forms of roof and exterior wall,which are the two key parts of the building thermal insulation,were compared and analyzed. As revealed by the results,the double-deck ventilation roof combined with the sandwich exterior wall which has a center of heat insulating material puts up remarkable advantages in heat protection and energy saving. At last,the appropriate constructions of roof and exterior wall have been given.
