辽宁省2004-2015年梅毒流行特征分析

Epidemiological Analysis of Syphilis in Liaoning Province from 2004 to 2015

目的了解辽宁省梅毒流行特征,为相关部门制定梅毒防治措施提供依据。方法对辽宁省2004-2015年梅毒疫情资料进行回顾性分析。结果辽宁省梅毒报告发病率从2004年的8.12/10万增长到2014年的45.50/10万。2015年梅毒发病率开始出现拐点,较2014年下降9.61%,2015年梅毒发病率为41.13/10万。一期、二期和胎传梅毒发病率在2004-2014年均呈上升趋势,在2015年开始下降。三期和隐性梅毒的发病率在2004-2015年期间均呈上升趋势。男女性别比例为0.90∶1。主要集中于20~49岁性活跃期青壮年,50岁以上老年人梅毒发病率逐年上升。职业分布以农民、家务和待业居多。地区分布主要集中于沈阳市、大连市。结论辽宁省梅毒发病率呈下降趋势,各地应根据当地梅毒发病情况制定适应的梅毒防治规划与措施,有效预防控制梅毒的流行。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of syphilis in Liaoning province and to provide a basis for the establishment of syphilis prevention and control measures by relevant departments. Methods The data of syphilis epidemic from 2004 to 2015 in Liaoning province was analyzed retrospectively. Results The repor- ted incidence of syphilis in Liaoning province increased from 8. 12/100,000 in 2004 to 45.50/100,000 in 2014. The incidence of syphilis in 2015 was 41.13/100,000, so the incidence rate witnessed a sudden decline of 9.61% compared to the year 2014. The incidence rate of syphilis in phase Ⅰ, phase Ⅱ and fetal syphilis had in- creased between 2004 and 2014 but began to decline in 2015. The incidence of syphi- lis in phase Ⅲ and latent syphilis was on the rise between 2004 and 2015. The sex ra- tio of men and women was 0. 90： 1, mainly young adults aged from 20 to 49 years who were sexually active. The incidence of syphilis is increasing year by year in elder peo- ple aged more than 50 years. The job distribution was mainly farmers and the unem- ployed coming from Shenyang and Dalian. Conclusion The incidence of syphilis in Liaoning province shows a sign of decline, and local syphilis prevention and control planning and measures should be developed to prevent and control the epidemic of syphilis.
