A Case of Classic Kaposi's Sarcoma

患者女,88岁,汉族,左下肢紫红色斑块、结节1年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内胶原增生,可见多数血管增生,伴血栓形成,部分区域可见内皮细胞增生。免疫组织化学示:CD31(+)、CD34(+)、HHV-8(+)、D2-40(+)。诊断:经典型Kaposi肉瘤。
