摘要
银屑病是一种慢性复发性炎性皮肤病,主要累及皮肤和关节。高频超声通过反射波的图像来反映皮肤中角蛋白、胶原及含水量的不同。现在认为高频超声可以作为银屑病患者皮肤和指甲受累的非侵入性可靠成像技术。本文回顾了高频超声在银屑病应用方面的最新进展。
Psoriasis represents a relapsing and chronic inflammatory skin disease, mainly invol- ving the skin and joints. Based on differences in keratin, collagen, and water content, ultrasonic waves are reflected back to a transducer and translated into a grayscale im- age for interpretation. New insights support high-frequency ultrasound as being a non- invasive reliable imaging technique for studying nail and skin involvement in patients with psoriasis. This paper aims to review the basic principles of high frequency-ultra- sound and its application in psoriasis.
