科特迪瓦电力通信自动化系统技术特点和设计经验

Technique Features and Design Experience Summary of Communication and Dispatching Automation Systems for Power Transmission and Transformation Project in Cote d'lvoire

近年来,我国企业承建科特迪瓦地区电网建设项目越来越多。由于该国电力通信和调度自动化系统在技术特点、设备选型和运行要求等方面与国内有较大的区别,导致我国企业在项目的通信和调度自动化设计和建设方面困难重重,因此,研究和掌握该国电力通信自动化系统技术特点是十分必要的。通过总结苏布雷输变电工程通信和调度自动化系统配置和功能特点,以及设计经验,给出了设备选型、通信和调度自动化系统组网方案要求等设计工作方面的建议,对我国企业今后在该地区电网建设项目的通信和调度自动化系统设计具有十分重要的参考价值。

In recent years, more and more power grid construction projects have been undertaken by Chinese enterprises in Cote d＇Ivoire. As the country＇s power communication and dispatching automation system has a big difference from the domestic ones in terms of technical characteristics, equipment selection and operation requirements, etc., the Chinese enterprises have a lot of difficulties in the design and construction of the project＇s communication and dispatching automation. This paper introduces the configuration and function features of communication and dispatching automation systems for the Soubre power transmission and transformation project. The design experiences are summarized, the design work suggestions of equipment type selections and communication dispatching automation system networking schemes are proposed. It has a very important reference value for the design of communication dispatching automation systems for power grid construction projects in Cote d＇Ivoire which is undertaken by our country enterprises in future.
