碳酸酐酶Ⅵ与4~5岁儿童龋病相关性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:初步探讨4~5岁儿童唾液、菌斑液中碳酸酐酶Ⅵ(CA-Ⅵ)含量与龋病的关系。方法:以无龋组、低龋组、高龋组儿童各33名为研究对象,采用ELISA法检测唾液、菌斑液中CA-Ⅵ含量,H+-ISFET测定菌斑液pH值,并进行统计学分析。结果:唾液CA-Ⅵ含量:无龋组>低龋组>高龋组,各组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);菌斑液CA-Ⅵ含量:无龋组>低龋组>高龋组,各组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);唾液、菌斑液CA-Ⅵ含量和菌斑液pH值呈线性正相关(P<0.001)。结论:随着龋病严重程度的增加,唾液、菌斑液CA-Ⅵ水平呈下降趋势。CA-Ⅵ可上调牙表面菌斑pH值,对保护牙齿、抵抗龋病有重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between dental caries and CA-Ⅵlevels in saliva and dental plaque fluid in children aged 4-5 years.Methods:Thirty-three children were randomly selected for each group:caries-free group,low caries group,and high caries group.The levels of CA-Ⅵin dental plaque and saliva were examined by ELISA.The pH values of dental plaque fluid were detected by H+-ISFET.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:The CA-Ⅵ levels in saliva were statistically different among three groups:caries-free grouplow caries grouphigh caries group(P〈0.05).The CA-Ⅵlevels in dental plaque fluid were significantly different among three groups:caries-free grouplow caries grouphigh caries group(P〈0.05).Pearson's correlation analysis showed CA-Ⅵlevels in saliva and dental plaque fluid were positively related to pH values of dental plaque fluid(P〈0.001).Conclusion:With the increase of caries severity,the levels of CA-Ⅵin saliva and dental plaque fluid decreased.CA-Ⅵ might increase the pH values of plaque on the dental surface,and play an important role in tooth protection and caries resistance.
