摘要 随着社会工业的发展,噪声广泛存在于人类的生活和工作环境中。噪声性听力损失(noise-induced hearing loss,NIHL)的发病率日益增加,从动物实验到临床研究,NIHL一直受到广泛的关注。本文就NIHL的病理生理学,临床预防和治疗这些领域的现状和进展进行综述。 With the development of the industrialization society,the noise exists diffusely in our living and working environment. The incidence of noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL) is increasing. From animal experiments to clinical researches, NIHL has been received wide attention. In this paper, we will describe the recent advances in pathophysiology,clinical prevention and treatment of NIHL.
