摘要
目的:探讨肺减容术治疗重度肺气肿的围术期综合护理效果。方法:将81例重度肺气肿患者随机分为干预组(41例)和对照组(40例),对照组给予基础护理,干预组则给予围术期综合护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:干预后,干预组呼吸症状改善率、并发症发生率、症状缓解时间、肺活量、肺总量水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于实施肺减容术治疗的重度肺气肿患者,围术期综合护理的效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective： To investigate the perioperative comprehensive nursing effect of lung volume reduction surgery in treatment of severe emphysema. Methods： 81 cases of severe emphysema patients were randomly divided into intervention group（41 cases） and control group（40 cases）, the control group accepted basic nursing while intervention group received perioperative comprehensive nursing, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results： After intervention, the improved rate of respiratory symptoms, complication incidence, symptoms alleviative time, vital capacity and total lung volume of intervention group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Perioperative comprehensive nursing has a significant effect on severe emphysema patients who receive lung volume reduction surgery, which deserves clinical promotion.
