摘要
患者男性，67岁。因“反复上腹部隐痛不适5月”入院。近5个月来感反复上腹部隐痛，无发热、恶心、呕吐，无尿频、尿急、血尿。有高血压病史10余年，血压可控制。体检：无贫血貌，皮肤巩膜尤黄染，心肺无异常，腹平软，尤压痛、反跳痛，莫菲征阴性。
