The Service Mode of the Combination of Medical and Health Care:a Case Study of the Overall Planning and Design for Modern Hospital Building

"医养结合"是近年来在各地逐步兴起的一种新型养老模式,依托医院既有的医疗条件,充分整合医疗和养老两方面资源,是一种医疗和养老相结合的新型养老模式,"医养结合"模式下的现代医院建筑设计具有独特的设计要求及特点。本文通过分析"医养结合"模式的特点,以某"医养结合"医院的建筑总平面设计方案为案例,从总平面规划、功能分区、流线设计及室内外环境设计等方面,综合分析了"医养结合"模式下的现代医院总平面规划设计要点,以作为类似建筑的设计参考。

The new pension service model to combine the medical and health care, which relies on the existing med- ical conditions of the hospital and fully integrates medical and pension resources, has gradually emerged in various places in recent years. Due to the emerging service mode, the unique design requirements and characteristics for corresponding hospital architectures are worthy of special noting. A case study of the overall planning and design for modern hospital building aimed to provide such service is carried out in this paper, where, from the aspects of overall planning, functional division, streamline layout and outdoor and indoor environment, the key factors and points ac- cording with the combination of medical and health care are analyzed to provide reference for similar design.
