摘要
冠状动脉-肺动脉瘘（cornory pulmonary fistula,CPF）是指冠状动脉（冠脉）与肺动脉之间的异常通道,较为少见,而双侧CPF更为罕见。患者常诉胸闷、胸痛、活动耐量下降等不典型症状,故常被误诊为冠心病。有资料显示,早期外科手术效果良好,故早期诊断及治疗意义重大。本文回顾性分析1例CPF的各种影像学表现并分析其优劣,以期降低CPF的漏诊及误诊率。
Objective：To improve imaging Diagnosis and recognition of bilateral CPF.Method：A retrospective analysis of the imaging performance and characteristic of bilateral CPF in Ultrasonic,CT and DSA.Result：All three imaging methods can Diagnose CPF and complement each other.Conclusion：The combination of various imaging methods and complementary advantages can help the detection and evaluation of CPF.
