虚拟整合网络能力对船舶产业链价值共创的影响研究

The Influence of Virtual Integrated Network Capability on Value Co-creation of Shipbuilding Industry Chain

为理解虚拟整合网络能力与船舶产业链价值共创的关系,分别对二者进行了内容维度的划分,并在此基础上,提出了问题假设,对多家船舶制造集团和相关企业进行了问卷调查,研究分析了网络关系建立能力和网络关系运用能力对船舶产业链价值共创的资源共享、责任和风险共担以及互相透明的作用。结果表明：网络关系建立对船舶产业链价值共创的影响中,网络构建能力对产业链价值共创没有明显作用,但是网络感知能力对价值共创有显著正向作用;网络关系运用的两个维度（网络调适能力和运作能力）对船舶产业链价值共创均具有显著正向影响。在此基础上,对如何提升船舶产业链价值共创能力提出了工作建议。

This paper defines the relationship between virtual integrated network capability and Value Co-Creation of ship- building industry chain from various dimensions and proposes the hypothesis. And then, it chooses a number of shipbuilding Groups and related enterprises as research object and distributing questionnaires to them to collect quantitative data, and analyzes the effect of network relationship establishment capability and network relationship usage capability on resource sharing, responsibility and risk sharing and mutual transparency of the Value Co-Creation of shipbuilding industry chain in detail. Results show that, among the influence of network relationship establishment on the Value Co-Creation of shipbuilding industry chain, the network construction capability has no obvious effect on the Value Co-Creation, but the network awareness capability has a significant positive effect on the Value Co-Creation; the two dimensions of network relationship usage （network adjustment capability and network operation capability） both have a significant positive impact on the Value Co- Creation of shipbuilding industry chain. Based on this, it puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to improve the capability of Value Co-Creation of the shipbuilding industry chain.
