制造商可信对供应商创新性的影响研究——基于纺织工业的证据

Study on the Effect of Manufacturer Trustworthiness on Supplier Innovativeness——Evidences from Textile Industry

从供应商视角出发,考虑供应商对制造企业依赖程度的差异,探究中国情境下制造商可信对供应商创新性的影响机制。对来自中国纺织工业221个样本的实证研究表明,制造商可信正向影响供应商工艺创新性,而供应商依赖正向调节制造商可信与供应商工艺创新性间的关系;制造商可信与供应商产品创新性间存在阀值效应,但由于供应商依赖程度的差异,具体效应有所不同。

From the view of supplier, this paper considering the difference of suppliers dependence on manufacture, and studies the influence mechanism of manufacturer trustworthiness on supplier innovativeness in China context. Based on empirical analysis of 221 valid samples of Chinese textile industry, results show that, manufacturer trustworthiness has positive effects on supplier process innovativeness, and supplier dependence plays a positive moderate role a Threshold effect in the relationship between manufacturer trustworthiness and supplier process innovativeness. Besides, there is between manufacturer trustworthiness and supplier product innovativeness. But the Threshold effect are significant different among different simples according to the dependence of supplier to manufacture.
