摘要
基于嵌入理论,采用主体建模技术,建立建筑业劳动力市场的仿真模型。模型中,劳务工人和用工单位通过社会关系网传递和获取市场信息,并更新社会关系网,形成社会关系和劳资关系的协同演进和动态变化。通过对不同供求关系下的劳动力市场进行仿真实验,证实模型能够对劳动力价格调节机制、市场出清机制等进行模拟。实验表明,工人的频繁流动会导致全行业用工成本持续增长,工人技术水平提升缓慢,且从长远来看并不能促进劳务工人社会关系的发展。
This paper establishes the simulation model of construction labor market by the main modeling method based on Embeddedness theory. In the model, workers and employers transmit market information through social relation network, agents choose the most profitable behavior based on the obtained market information and adjust the social relation network. Therefore, the model can illustrate the synergistic evolution process of social relationship and labor employment relationship. By simulating different labor supply and demand situation, it proves that the model can imitate price adjustment and market clearing mechanism. The simulation experiment also studies the impact of frequent labor flow on construction industry. It will cause a continuing increase of labor cost, slow down the improvement of labor skills, and have little effect on developing workers' social relationship in a long run.
