个人关系对项目伙伴组织间正式控制结构的影响——对中国建筑行业的实证研究 被引量:3

The Impact of Project Partners Guanxi on Formal Control Structures——Evidences from Chinese Construction Project Partnerships

摘要 通过构建个人关系对项目伙伴组织之间正式控制结构作用的逻辑框架,探索关系中的不同成分(感情和面子)对结果控制与过程控制结构的影响机理,搜集建筑业中的相关数据并进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:关系中的感情对应用结果控制结构有促进作用,对应用过程控制结构有阻碍作用。然而,面子对上述过程的影响并不显著。同时,结果控制结构与过程控制结构之间有正相关关系。这些研究结果有利于在项目伙伴组织之间建立更有效的正式控制结构。 This paper studies the impact mechanism of different components ( emotion and face) on outcome control structures and behavior control structures in guanxi by building up the logical framework for formal control structures of personal relationships to project partners. And then, it empirically analyzes the impact mechanism based on relevant data of Chinese construction industry. Results show that, emotion in guanxi has promoted outcome control structures, while hinders behavior controls structures. However, face has no significant effect on formal control structures. Outcome controls have a positive correlation between outcome control structures and behavior control structures.
