摘要
为探究最佳的红背山麻杆Alchornea trewioides扦插繁殖方法,本文采用正交试验设计,选取扦插方式、插条径级和生根粉浓度3个因素,研究红背山麻秆扦插苗成活的影响因子以及最佳的扦插繁殖方法。结果表明,在插条长度为8.0cm左右时,采用斜插45°、插条直径10~15mm、生根粉浓度300mg/L,红背山麻杆的扦插繁育最为适宜,插后40d生根率为86.7%,平均根数为8.46条,平均根长为25.38mm,生根指数为186.13,每株平均叶片数为1.54。
In order to explore the best method of cutting propagation of Alchornea trewioides, orthogonal design is adopted to study the effect of A. trewioides cutting survival factors and the best way to cutting from the factors such as cutting way, cutting diameter and ABT concentration. The results showed that the best conditions for cutting propagation are to control a cutting length of about 8 cm and using oblique insertion with 45°, a cutting diameter of 10-15 mm and an ABT concentration of 300 mg/L. It will lead to a rooting rate of 86.7%, an average root number of 8.46, an average root length of 25.38 mm, a rooting index of 186.13, and an average leaf number of 1.54/plant.
