摘要
近年来,遗传毒理学界对磷脂酰肌醇聚糖A(Pig-a)基因突变的研究提示其可成为量化体内和体外突变事件的潜在工具。本文综述近年来发表的Pig-a相关的研究文献,从Pig-a基因突变检测方法进展、药物遗传毒性评价中的应用进行归纳,详细地总结了Pig-a基因突变在大鼠中的应用,并对Pig-a基因突变试验跨物种研究的探索以及NGS技术对Pig-a基因突变检测作一阐述,为后续研究提供参考。
In recent years,studies in the genotoxicity of phosphatidylinositol glycan A(Pig-a) gene mutation suggest that it may be a potential tool for quantifying in vivo and in vitro mutational events.This review summarizes Pig-a related research recently published,the application of Pig-a gene mutation detection methods and drug genotoxicity evaluation,and the application of Pig-a gene mutation in rats.The cross-species research on the mutation of Pig-a gene and the detection of Pig-a gene mutation by NGS technology were described.
