摘要
目的:采用微波合成法合成12种新型香豆素衍生物。方法:本文以天然产物4-羟基香豆素为原料,采用微波合成法合成了系列新型香豆素衍生物,所有产物进行了IR,MS,~1HNMR结构表征。结果:其中部分产物为首次合成,对新合成的一种化合物进行抗凝血研究。结论:实验结果表明该化合物具有显著的抗凝血作用,为此类抗凝血药物的研究提供了重要的理论基础。
Objective:To synthesize twelve new coumarin derivatives by microwave synthesis.Methods:A series of new coumarin derivatives were synthesized from 4-hydroxycoumarin by microwave synthesis method.All the products were characterized by IR,MS and ~1HNMR.Results:Some of the compounds were synthesized for the first time,for one of which the anticoagulant effect was studied.Conclusion:The experimental results showed that the compound has significant anticoagulant effect,which provide an important theoretical basis for the study of anticoagulant drugs.
