气压深松高压气体压力选取试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以土壤孔隙度增加率和土面抬升量为深松效果评价指标,对一种新的旱地深松方式——气压深松高压气体压力的选取进行试验研究。结果表明:对于容重为1.4g/cm^3的犁底层,深松气压的增加对深松效果影响不明显,选择气压1.4MPa进行气压深松较为适宜。对于容重为1.6g/cm^3的犁底层,深松气压的增加对深松效果影响明显,气压为1.8Mpa时深松效果较好,选择气压1.8MPa较为适宜。对于容重为1.8g/cm^3的犁底层,深松气压对深松效果影响极为明显,深松效果与深松气压呈正相关,选择气压2.2MPa较为适宜。 By using soil porosity increase and soil surface uplift as the evaluation index of the effect of deep loosening in this paper.An experimental study was used on the selection of the pressure of high pressure gas which is a new way that dries land deep looseningair-pressure subsoiling.The results showed that:for the plow with the bulk density of 1.4 g/cm^3,the effect of the air pressure on the effect of deep loosening was not obvious.It was more suitable to select the pressure 1.4 MPa as the air pressure.For the plow with the bulk density of 1.6 g/cm^3,the effect of the air pressure on the effect of deep loosening was obvious.When the pressure is 1.8 Mpa,the effect was better.It was more suitable to select the pressure 1.8 MPa as the air pressure.For the plow with the bulk density of 1.8 g/cm^3,the effect of the air pressure on the effect of deep loosening was very obvious.The effect of deep loosening was positively related to the air pressure.It was more suitable to select the pressure 2.2 MPa as the air pressure.
