西北非耕地空心砌块墙体日光温室设计及热性能测试分析 被引量:6

摘要 耕地资源供给日趋紧张,设施蔬菜产业迅猛发展使"粮菜争地"问题日益突出。同时,我国西北地区地域广阔,未开发的非耕地资源丰富、光热充足,利用戈壁、荒漠等非耕地资源发展高收益的设施园艺产业成为解决这一问题的良好途径之一。目前,在利用非耕地资源方面也做相应研究与实践,然而,实际应用中仍然存在日光温室建造工序繁重、成本较高、对非耕地资源利用率低、保温抗灾能力不理想等诸多问题。通过多年研究实践,设计一种适合在非耕地上建造和生产使用的空心砌块墙体日光温室,该结构日光温室充分利用非耕地自然条件和材料,具有建设快、成本低、利用砂石为墙体材料,取材方便、保温性能好、抗灾能力强等特点,冬季夜间平均温度可达到10℃以上,与外界最大温差可达到28℃以上的日光温室结构,为发展戈壁、荒漠非耕地设施园艺产业,充分利用非耕地资源提供有力技术支撑,为在非耕地上建造温室提供理论依据。 There has a shortage of arable land resource in China.Rapid development of the facility and vegetable industry makes the problem of "competition land for food crops and vegetable production" very serious.However,in northwest China,the vast is sufficient,untapped non-cultivated land is rich in resources,and the light is sufficient.By using non-cultivated land resources development such as the Gobi and desert high-yield facilities horticulture industry become a good way to solve this problem.At present,researchers have done some research and practice on the utilization of non-arable land resources.However,there are still many problems in practical application,such as solar greenhouse construction complex,high cost,low utilization of non-arable land resources,poor thermal insulation resistance.Through years of research and practice,researchers had designed a hollow block wall solar greenhouse suitable for construction and production of non-arable land.The solar greenhouse structure used non-cultivated land of natural conditions and material properties which have fast construction and low cost.Using sandstone as the wall materials which are easy to get and have good heat preservation performance,strong ability in disaster etc.The winter average temperature can reach more than 10℃ at night,maximum temperature difference with the outside world can reach more than 28℃ of the solar greenhouse structure,for the development of Gobi and desert non-cultivated land facilities horticulture industry,make full use of non-cultivated land resources provide strong technical support,provide data basis for solar greenhouse.
