母猪精准饲喂器机械结构及控制系统的设计 被引量:6

摘要 为动态满足母猪不同阶段营养需求,根据母猪个体体况进行个性化定时定量精准饲喂,开发一种精准饲喂装置及控制系统。设计雨刷电机驱动螺旋输送的供料机构,通过控制电机转速和转动圈数,实现单次精准下料。采用电阻式传感器监测水料液位,触碰开关监测母猪是否前来采食,根据采集信息进行单餐多次少量投料,尽量避免饲料的剩余。开发精准饲喂控制系统,根据个性化的采食量模型,设定餐次时间段、单次下料量、单次下水量、单餐最大量等关键饲喂参数,实现对预设饲喂量的准确投喂。该设备的应用相对于人工饲喂,有效提高哺乳母猪采食量。 In order to meet dynamically nutritional requirement of sows at different stages,the mechanical structure and control system of the precise feeder was designed,which can realization timing and quantitative feeding individually according to body condition of sows.The mechanical structure for feed conveying consists of screw conveyor and low-speed wiper motor,and the feeding weight was controlled precisely by the speed and time of the motor.The resistive sensor was applied to monitor the liquid level of the water,and then a touch switch was used to monitor whether the sows come to eat.On the basis of the senor information collected,the feed can be conveyed multiple times per meal,and then the waste of the feed can be avoided as much as possible.A precise feeding control system was developed,which can set the key feeding parameters according to the personalized feed intake model,such as meal time period,single feeding amount,single water quantity,and the maximum amount of single meal,and then the accurate feeding can be realized based on preset parameter.Compared with artificial feeding,the application of this equipment effectively improved the feed intake of nursing sows.
