摘要
基于2006—2014年省级面板数据,从9个方面选取了反映地区互联网发展水平的分项指标,采用熵值法进行加权处理,计算了各个省级行政区互联网发展综合水平,并在此基础上对各个地区互联网发展水平进行了排序,发现在中国互联网发展水平迅速提升的背景下,区域互联网发展差距呈现扩大趋势。通过对σ收敛、β收敛和俱乐部收敛的计算,进一步证实了上述趋势。
Based on the provincial panel data from 2006 to 2014, this paper selects the sub-indicators reflecting the regional level of Internet development from nine aspects and utilizes entropy evaluation method to weigh these sub-indicators and calculate the comprehensive development level of each provincial administrative region, on the basis of which to rank their development levels. The study result finds that the gaps between regional Internet development levels are experiencing an expanding trend in the context of rapid growing. And the further calculation of σconvergence, β convergence and club convergence also verifies the trend mentioned above.
