摘要
该文采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Gd掺杂的TiO_2,并将其负载在磁性材料NiFe_2O_4负载的复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征,研究了其在紫外光下对聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)的降粘性能,探讨了催化剂用量、光照时间、溶液pH等因素对PAM降粘效果的影响。实验结果表明:在光照时间为30 min、催化剂加量为0.5 g/L、pH=6~7的条件下,该催化剂展现了良好的光催化降解能力。由于具有磁性,该负载型催化剂易于回收利用,具有良好的重复性能。
Gd doped TiO2was firstly prepared by using sol-gel method.Then Gd-TiO2/SiO2/NiFe2O4was prepared by loading Gd doped TiO2on the Ni Fe2O4.The composite was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The influencing factors,such as time for lighting time,p H,amounts of catalyst,repeatability of catalyst,were researched.Experimental results show that when the irradiation time is 30 minutes,the p H value of the solution is 6-7,the amount of catalyst is 0.5 g/L,the photocatalytic viscosity-reducing rate can reach 88.5%.The supported catalyst is easy to recycle and has good repeatability owing to its magnetic properties.
