摘要
本文以天线罩产品上安装孔前期由铣床加工.改为冲模和液压装置加工而设计的一套组合冲切装制。从而解决了由铣床加工时装夹次数多,加工尺寸精度不够。且效率和合格率低下的等问题。如果改为冲加工需制造一付很大的冲模,同时需要一台较大冲床才能加工。结合以往模具制造和冲加工积累的知识.设计了一套带液压缸的冲切装置,即冲压装置。很好的解决了生产过程中的不足,且大大的提高了工作效率。
This paper describes a set of punching and cutting device with die and hydraulic unit in- stead of a miller during the pre-processing of the mounting hole of radome products. It has solved the problem of frequent clamping, insufficient accuracy of machining size, and low efficiency & qualified rate of miller machining. Traditionally, a large die and punching machine are required in punching process. This paper gives a design of punching and cut- ting device with hydraulic cylinder, which can solve the above-mentioned problems in the previous production and improve the efficiency.
