南京江北地区晚期妊娠孕妇血清Cys—C与CREA参考区间的建立

Establishment of serum Cys-c and CREA reference range of healthy pregnant women in Nanjing jiangbei area

目的：了解南京江北地区健康孕妇妊娠晚期血清Cys-c与CREA水平的变化，建立其参考区间。方法：选取健康妊娠晚期孕妇645例，分别检测血清Cys-c与CKEA，结果进行统计分析，参照WS／T402-2012文件提供的方法建立妊娠晚期血清Cys-c和CKEA的参考区间。结果：本地区晚期妊娠孕妇血清Cys-c的参考区间为0．60-1．52mg／L，血清CREA参考区间为40．3-69．9μmol／L。结论：对于晚期妊娠女性实验室肾功能项目中血清Cys-c和CREA的检查，应根据临床需求建立合理的参考区间。

Objective： The present study aims to understand the changes in serum cystatin C （Cys-c） and creatinine （CREA） level in healthy pregnant women in Nanjingjiangbei area, and establish the reference range. Methods： 645 cases of healthy pregnant women were chosen, respectively to detect the serum Cys-c and CREA. The reference range of Cys-c and CREA were established through statistical analysis, the method of which was provided in the WS/T 402-2012 file. Results： The reference range of serum Cys-c of pregnant women in late pregnancy was 0.60-1.52 mg/L, and that of CREA was 40.3-69.9μmol/L. Conclusion： For the examination of serum Cys-c and CREA in the renal function of the women＇s laboratory, a reasonable reference range should be established based on clinical requirements.
