摘要
在21世纪,医学模式从"生物学模式"转变为"生物—心理—社会医学模式"。医学模式的转变对医学人才的培养提出了更高的要求,全面推进医学教育的改革成为了共识与趋势,模块式和器官系统为基础的医学整合式教学孕育而生。上海交通大学医学院的人体构造课程是八大模块整合之一,课程按人体器官的功能系统(如运动系统、消化系统、脉管系统、神经系统等)和人体局部,构建学习人体形态结构正确的思维方式,力求理论和实践紧密结合。
In the 21st century, the medical model changed from a "biological model" to a "biological-psychological-social medical mod- el." The change of medical model puts forward higher requirements for the cultivation of medical talents. The reform of medical education in an all-round way has become a consensus and a trend,and medical integrated teaching based on modular and organ systems has emerged. The human tectonic course at Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine is one of the eight modules integrated. The curriculum is based on the functional systems of human organs (eg, motor system, digestive system, vascular system, nervous system, etc. ) and human body parts. The mode of thinking strives to combine theory with practice.
