体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎30例临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为2组各30例,治疗组采用体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用针刺治疗,观察2组临床疗效及VAS评分。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.33%,对照组为83.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组VAS评分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冲击波疗法治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效优于针刺疗法。
