煤系高岭土Y型分子筛的磷改性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验以内蒙古煤系高岭土为原料,采用水热合成法合成Y型分子筛并对其进行磷改性;利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和BET对经过不同试验条件改性的分子筛进行表征,考察了磷的浓度、焙烧温度以及焙烧时间等因素对改性分子筛结构的影响。试验结果显示:改性后的样品具有典型的Y型分子筛的X射线衍射峰和红外振动谱线,且改性后的分子筛颗粒均匀,结晶度、晶胞参数和硅铝比都下降。 Using Inner Mongolian coal series kaolin as the raw material, Y type molecular sieve was synthesizedby hydrothermal method and modified with phosphorus. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and specific surface area analysis (BET) were used tocharacterize the molecular sieves modified under different test conditions. The effects of phosphorus concentration,calcination temperature and calcination time on the stmcaxre of the modified molecular sieve were investigated.The results showed that the modified samples had the X-ray diffraction peaks and infrared vibrational absorptionspectra of typical Y molecular sieves. The modified molecular sieve particles were uniform. The crystallinity, unitcell parameters and the ratio of silicon to aluminum were decreased.
