基于“泛在互联”视角的教师信息化领导力研究 被引量:3

摘要 教师信息化领导力是教师领导力在"互联网+"时代的深入发展。在教师信息化领导力研究初期,批判性借鉴教师领导力已有研究成果,尝试性打破教师领导力以往研究中存在的"路径依赖"现象,探寻教师信息化领导力研究的新视角,对推进教师信息化领导力的深层次研究显得尤为必要。"泛在互联"逐步成为新时期教师开展信息化领导活动的新情境。在新的领导情境中,教师信息化领导力中"信息化"的内涵集中体现在信息化情境的感知、信息化手段的应用、信息化思维的养成以及信息化实践的引领四个层面;面对领导情境的转变,为创造性推进教师信息化领导力的深入研究,应积极拓展教师信息化领导主体的研究范围、深度挖掘教师信息化领导力发展表征、重新审视教师信息化领导力的影响因素。 Teacher Informatizational Leadership( TIL) is the deepening development of teacher leadership in the age of internet plus. In the primary stage of research on TIL,it is necessary and urgent to learn from the research findings critically,to break the"path dependence"phenomenon in the study of teacher leadership,and to explore new perspective for the research of TIL. Ubiquitous Interconnection( UI) has gradually become a new situation for teachers to carry out informatizational leading activities in the new period. Under the new leadership situation,the connotations of informatizational( I) in TIL include the perception of informatizational situation,the application of information technology,the formation of informational thinking and the leading of informational practice. In order to promote the research of TIL creatively and deeply,in the face of the change of leadership situation,the scope of the subject of teacher informatizational leading should be dynamically expanded,the development representations of TIL should be deeply mined,and the influence factors of TIL should be re-examined.
