文化平等视域下丝路精神弘扬初探

The Spirit of Silk Road under the Vision of Cultural Equality

"一带一路"背景下的丝路精神承继了古丝绸之路的精神,并赋予了新的时代内涵。纵观历史至今的对外文化交流,和平与平等的因子贯穿始终。但当今世界上我们致力于追求的原则并没有得到普遍遵守。不平等与霸权、分歧与矛盾仍然不可避免地存在。文化上的渗入与影响历来都是不同文化交流的敏感问题,当前文化上的不平等交流糅杂宗教差异、文化差异、国土安全问题、大国博弈等因素,出现不同程度的误解、冲突、排斥和对抗,对抗和不满逐渐升级发展为严重的暴力冲突。因而需要奠定文化交流的平等基调,让平等的价值观渗透到每一个国际交往的场合,成为最大公约数。我们不仅需要从自身文化入手,凝练适合对外弘扬的话语体系,还要深入研究当地受众的文化风俗,以双向交流为目的,同时利用好现有的合作机构与新兴的互联网社交自媒体,重视宗教文化在文化交流中的积极作用。

In the context of＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂,the spirit of Silk Road in the background of the ancient Silk Road has given new meaning to the spirit of the ancient Silk Road. Throughout the history of cultural exchanges,the factors of peace and equality have persisted. But the principles we pursue in the world today are not universally observed. Inequality and hegemony,differences and contradictions still inevitably exist. Cultural infiltration and influence have always been sensitive issues for the communication of different cultures,the inequality in the current cultural exchange between religious differences,cultural differences,homeland security,gaming,appear different degree of misunderstanding,conflict,exclusion and confrontation,confrontation and upgrade gradually spread to serious violence. First of all,we need to establish the equal tone of cultural exchange,and let the values of equality permeate every international communication and become the largest common divider. We don＇t just need to start with Chinese own culture,we need to focus on the speech systems that we have to promote,and we need to explore the cultural customs of the local audience,and use it as a purpose,and to use the existing cooperation institutions and the new Internet to interact with the media,and pay attention to the positive role of religious culture in cultural exchanges.
