腹膜透析患者用药依从性及相关影响因素分析

Analysis of medication compliance and related factors in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis

目的了解腹膜透析患者用药依从性现状,探讨腹膜透析患者用药依从性的影响因素。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月来我院就诊的82例腹膜透析患者,采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析患者药物依从性的影响因素。结果腹膜透析患者用药依从性好34例(占41.46%),依从性差48例(占58.54%);年龄、文化程度、月经济收入、透析龄、药物品种数、药物产生的不良反应、用药频次、每日照顾时间、疾病知识来源、医护交流等因素在药物依从性好差组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);进一步的Logistic回归分析结果显示,文化程度越高、透析龄越短、药物品种数越少、用药频次越低、照顾时间越长的患者,用药依从性越好。结论腹膜透析患者用药依从性总体偏差,医护人员需针对影响患者药物依从性的因素,采取有效干预措施,提高患者用药依从性,进而改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the status of medication compliance in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis and explore the influencing factors of medication compliance in patients receiving peritoneal dialysis. Methods A total of82 peritoneal dialysis patients in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were investigated with questionnaires.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of drug compliance. Results Peritoneal dialysis patients with good compliance were 34 cases（ accounted for 41. 46%） and poor compliance 48 cases（ accounted for 58. 54%）. Age,education level,monthly income,age of dialysis,number of drugs,adverse drug reaction,frequency of medication,daily care time,source of disease knowledge,and health care exchange were significantly different for medication compliance（ P〈0. 05）. The further Logistic regression analysis showed that the higher the education level,the shorter the dialysis age,the less number of drug varieties,the lower frequency of medication,and the longer time of care,the better the medication compliance. Conclusion The medication compliance of peritoneal dialysis patients is relatively poor. Doctors and nurses need to take effective intervention measures to improve the compliance of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
