摘要
目的探讨多巴制剂对帕金森病(PD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、尿酸(UA)、叶酸及维生素B_(12)(B_(12))的影响,以及PD患者病情严重程度与Hcy、UA的关系。方法按服药情况将90例PD患者分为3组,比较各组血浆Hcy、UA的水平,H-Y分期高低与Hcy、UA的关系。结果 (1)多巴制剂组血浆Hcy较其他各组明显增高(P<0.05),UA、叶酸及B_(12)明显降低(P<0.05)。(2)H-Y分期较高者Hcy明显增高(P<0.05),UA明显降低(P<0.05)。结论多巴制剂可引起血浆Hcy升高,UA、叶酸及B_(12)下降,H-Y分期高者Hcy升高,UA下降,高Hcy及低UA水平均可能促进PD进展。
Objective To investigate the effects of dopa preparation on plasma homocysteine,uric acid,folic acid and vitamin B12 in patients with Parkinson's disease( PD),and the relationship between disease stage and Hcy and UA.Methods Totally 90 patients with PD were divided into 3 groups according to the medication. The levels of Hcy and UA in each group were compared and the relationship between disease stage and Hay and UA was analyzed. Results(1) The plasma Hcy in the dopa preparation group was significantly higher than that in the other groups( P〈0. 05). UA,folic acid and B12 decreased significantly( P〈0. 05).(2)In patients with higher H-Y stage,Hcy increased significantly( P〈0. 05)and UA decreased significantly( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Dopa preparation can induce the increase of plasma Hcy and the decrease of UA,folic acid and B12. In patients with higher H-Y stage,Hcy increased and UA decreased. Both high-low Hcy and low-low UA could promote the progression of PD.
