基于hspice仿真的温度对太阳能电池影响分析

摘要 太阳能是一种重要的清洁可再生能源,太阳能电池作为将光能转化成电能的关键器件,是开发利用太阳能的关键。太阳能电池在世界各地都有应用,其所处环境譬如温度等因素对太阳能电池的性能有着很大影响,因此研究太阳电池与温度的关系对太阳能电池性能的理解和实际应用具有重要参考意义。本文建立了二维太阳能电池等效电路模型,使用Hspice仿真软件进行仿真,得到不同温度下太阳能电池的I-V关系和P-V关系,详细分析温度对太阳能电池开路电压和效率等特征参数的影响规律。 Solar energy is an important clean and renewable energy source. As a key device for converting light energy into electricity, solar cells are key to the development and utilization of solar energy.Solar cells are used all over the world, its environment, such as temperature, has a great influence on the performance of it. So it is of great significance to study the relationship between solar cell and temperature. In this paper, the equivalent circuit model of two-dimensional solar cell is established. Using Hspice simulation software for simulation, the solar cell I-V and P-V relations under different temperature were obtained.The influence of temperature on the characteristic parameters such as the open circuit voltage and efficiency of solar cells is analyzed in detail.
