摘要
抽蓄灌溉中需要使用到大量的电能,为了减少能源的消耗,越来越多的抽蓄灌溉系统中使用太阳能作为系统的能源。市场上的太阳能板电源输出大多为12V,蓄电池的电压一般为12V,但是像水泵之类的负载一般需要24V的电压,因此系统中需要2块蓄电池串联产生24V的电压对负载进行供电。在对蓄电池进行充电时,需要将太阳能板与2块蓄电池并联连接,此时可以对2个蓄电池同时充电,可以减少充电时间;在对蓄电池进行放电时,需要将2块蓄电池串联连接,此时可以提供给负载24V的电压,能够使负载正常工作。为了可以快捷方便地改变2块蓄电池的连接方式,本文设计了一种用于抽蓄灌溉的太阳能板电源电路。该电路通过改变各个开关的状态可以实现蓄电池的充电和放电过程,可以根据充电和放电的需要使2块蓄电池工作在串联模式和并联模式,使用比较方便。
A large amount of electric energy is needed in the pumping storage irrigation. In order to reduce energy consumption, solar energy is used by more and more pumping storage systems as the energy source of the system. Most of the power output of solar panels on the market is 12 V, and the battery voltage is 12 V, but loads such as pumps generally require 24 V voltage. Therefore, 2 batteries are needed to generate 24 V voltage in series to supply the load with power. When charging the battery, 2 batteries are needed to connect with the solar panels in parallel, which can charge 2 batteries at the same time and reduce the charging time. When discharging the battery, it is necessary to connect the 2 batteries in series, which can supply the load with 24 V voltage and make the load work properly. In order to change the connection mode of the 2 batteries quickly and conveniently, this paper designs a kind of a solar panel power supply circuit panel used for pumping irrigation storage. The circuit can realize the charging and discharging process of the battery by changing the state of each switch, which can make the 2 batteries work in series mode and parallel mode according to the need of charging and discharging and it is more convenient to use.
