摘要
利用二次光学元件改变LED原有的能量分布,设计了一种高功率LED模型,使高功率LED在背光源中的应用成为可能。利用光学模拟软件对设计的侧式背光系统的LED阵列位置进行模拟优化,设计了应用于LCD显示器的LED侧式背光源系统。经过优化的背光系统,其照度均匀度可以达到85%,光能利用率超过60%,是一种切实可行的高功率LED用于背光源的方法。
By using the two optical elements to change the original energy distribution of LED, a high power LED model is designed to make high power LED’s application in backlight. The position of the LED array of the side backlight system is simulated and optimized by optical simulation software, and the LED side backlight system applied to the LCD display is designed. The optimized backlight system can achieve illumination uniformity of 85% and utilization of light energy more than 60%, which is a feasible method of high-power LED for backlight.
