摘要
本文介绍自己曾经参与指导、设计、改造的一个课题——对浮法玻璃生产线循环回水池液位的自动控制改造,把由原来人工看守水泵来调整循环回水池液位的方法改为由分散控制系统(DCS)通过投入式液位变送器,变频器等设备完成循环回水池液位的自动控制,从而优化了企业的生产效率、提高了生产的安全性。
This paper introduces an automatic control transformation of the back line circulation water tank float glass production project had been involved in guiding, design, transformation, the method from the original artificial guard pump to adjust the recycle tank level changed from the distributed control system(DCS) through the input type liquid level transmitter, inverter and other equipment automatically the control loop back to tank level, so as to optimize the production efficiency, improve production safety.
