摘要
探讨三相并网逆变器变换效率的优化设计方法。通过建立开关器件和电感的损耗模型,将三相逆变器的效率表示为开关频率、直流母线电压、滤波电感磁芯尺寸、电感气隙长度以及绕组尺寸与匝数等参数的函数,结合并网电流总谐波畸变(THD)、电感温升等设计指标要求,将逆变器效率优化问题转换为非线性有约束条件单目标优化问题。基于优化方法得到了一种三相并网逆变器变换效率的优化设计方法,并进行了初步实验验证。
The optimization design method of t[u'ee-phase gricl connected inverter efficiency was discussed. The loss model of switches and inductor was set up, the efficiency of three-phase inverter was expressed as a function of the parameters of switching fi'equency, DC bus voltage, inductor core size, air gap length of inductance and winding turns and size, combined with the requirements of the grid current THD and inductance temperature design index, the inverter efficiency optimization problem was converted into nonlinear constrained single objective optimization problem. Based on the optimization method, an optimized design method of three-phase grid-connected inverter efficiency was obtained, and preliminary experimental verification was carried out.
