摘要
大规模风电经固定串补线路送出时,风力发电机组可能会发生次同步振荡问题。静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)是一种全控型FACTS装置,响应速度快,其作为次同步振荡的抑制装置具有较好的阻尼效果。但由于STATCOM是非线性系统,采用传统的PID控制难以达到满意的效果。为解决这一问题、提高系统的鲁棒性,利用自抗扰技术(ADRC)适应性强、误差小的特性,根据复转矩系数法,在保持STATCOM无功补偿能力的基础上,设计了专用于抑制风电场次同步振荡的STATCOM控制策略。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真软件搭建含有STATCOM并网的双馈风电机组经串补送出系统,验证了控制策略的有效性。
The wind turbine may exist sub-synchronous oscillation problems when large-scale wind power is transmitted by a fixed series of lines. The static synchronous compensator (STATCOM)is a full-controlled FACTS device with fast response, it is good at damping as a sub- synchronous oscillation suppressor. However, because STATCOM is a nonlinear system, the traditional PID control is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. To solve this problem and improve the robustness of the system, considering that ADRC has good adaptability- and low rotor, according to complex torque coefficient method, a STATCOM control strategy was designed to suppress the sub- synchronous oscillation of wind farm based on the fact that the STATCOM reactive power compensation capability was maintained. The system of double-fed induction generator transmitted by fixed series lines with STATCOM connected was established on PSCAD/EMTDC ,which verify- the validity- of the control strategy.
