2010-2015年恩施州艾滋病暗娼哨点监测结果

Results of AIDS sentinel surveillance among female sex workers in Enshi Prefecture from 2010-2015

目的了解恩施州暗娼艾滋病性病流行状况,为评估艾滋病性病防治工作,制定暗娼人群有针对性的行为干预及防治措施提供依据。方法 2010—2015年,采用问卷调查,现场收集恩施州来凤县、恩施州哨点监测对象的相关行为信息,并采集血液标本进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒抗体和丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)检测。结果共调查了4 809人,艾滋病相关知识平均知晓率为98.1%,最近1次商业性行为安全套使用率总体为97.4%,历年接受安全套宣传和发放/艾滋病咨询与检测率均在95%以上,接受同伴教育率平均为89.8%,最近1个月商业性行为时坚持每次使用安全套的比例从2010年的79.9%上升到2015年的91.9%。HIV、梅毒、HCV抗体平均阳性率分别为0.04%、0.98%、0.58%。结论恩施州暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率较高,安全套使用情况较好,HIV和性病感染率处于低流行态势,今后仍要继续加强艾滋病干预和监测力度,及时发现HIV感染者和性病患者。

[Objective]To understand the epidemic status of AIDS and sexually transmitted diseases（STD） among female sex workers in Enshi Prefecture, provides the basis for assess the prevention and treatment of AIDS and STD and formulating the targeted behavioral intervention and prevention measures for the population. [Methods] From 2010-2015, the related behavior information of sentinel monitoring objects in Laifeng County and Enshi City were collected by the questionnaire survey. Blood samples were collected to detect HIV, syphilis antibodies and HCV. [Results] A total of 4 809 objects were surveyed. The average awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge was 98.1%, the condom use rate during the last commercial sexual intercourse was 97.4%, the rate of receiving condom promotion and distribution/AIDS counseling and testing was more than 95%,and the rate of receiving peer education was 89.8%. The condom use rate during commercial sexual intercourse in the last month increased from 79.9% in 2010 to 91.9% in 2015. The average positive rate was 0. 04% for HIV, 0.98% for syphilis and 0.58%for HCV. [Conclusion] The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS related knowledge among female sex workers and the use rate of condoms are satisfactory in Enshi Prefecture, and the infection rates of HIV and STD are in a low epidemic situation. In future, it is necessary to continue to strengthen intervention and monitoring of HIV/AIDS to quickly discover HIV infections and STD patients.
