针对玻璃纤维浸润剂输送施加过程中出现的输送施加时品种混淆、固含量偏差大、浸润剂沉淀、浸润剂输送中断、小循环罐内起泡、涂油辊花斑等异常问题进行分析研究,查找其形成原因和影响因素,针对各项问题找到控制关键点,分别给出有效的解决办法,提升了玻纤生产效率,对玻纤产品成型过程中可燃物含量等关键性质量指标的稳定性提供帮助。

With regard to various abnormal problems occuring in the course of conveying and application of glass fiber sizing agent, the author made analyses and studies, investigated their causes and effects, found out key controlling measures and provided effective solutions respectively, which helped to enhance the glass fiber productivity and stablize such important quality parameters as combustible matter content and others in the process of glass fiber product forming.
