从吕柟四起四落论当代官德建设

On the Construction of Official Virtue in Contemporary China:Basing on the Four Official Position Changes of LV Nan

明朝中叶状元吕柟,一生为学从政,学而优则仕,仕途之上四起四落沉浮跌宕数十载,自幼立志于圣贤之学,以关学开创者张载提出的"横渠四句"为毕生的追求与抱负,也成为先生在官场内外坚守气节、敢于担当、忠诚履职、廉洁一生的精神动力。虽然吕柟生活的年代距今有四百多年,但是相通的人性,决定了可以从吕柟的为官之道镜鉴到今天反腐倡廉的官德建设。领导干部官德的败坏是社会道德环境恶化的重要原因之一,因此,藉以明朝状元吕柟官德修养的珍贵资源,为今天的官德建设提供有益借鉴。

Lv Nan, the scholar of the Ming Dynasty, has studied politics for his entire life. After decades of ups and downs in the officialdom, he determined himself as a student of the sages. The＂Hengqu＇s four dicta＂proposed by the founder of the Guan School, Zhang Zai, was his lifelong pursuit and ambition, as well as thespiritual motive of the gentleman to adhere to integrity, courage, loyalty throughout his officialdom. Although400 years passed, we can still learn from Lv Nan＇s official virtue to improve the government＇s construction ofanti-corruption. Today, the general consensus is that the corruption of leading officials has become an important cause of the deterioration of the social morality. Therefore, Lv Nan＇s official moral virtue in the mid-MingDynasty can provide useful reference for our official ethics construction today.
