摘要
利用红外光测量漆包线漆膜连续性,讨论了测量中互相关计算窗口匹配采样率的问题。在漆包线线速度已知和恒定的前提下,位于漆包线运动方向上的红外接收管采集两路反射红外光信号,放大处理后进行互相关计算,然后根据不同采样率,选择合适的互相关计算窗口,在计算窗口内能有效计算出相关延迟点数。实验表明采用红外测量漆包线漆膜连续性方案具有可行性。
Using infrared light to measure the continuity of the enameled wire paint film, and discusses the problem of the matching sampling rate of the cross-correlation calculation window in the measurement. Under the premise of constant enameled wire speed, the infrared receiving tube located in the direction of movement of the enameled wire collects two reflected infrared light signals and performs crosscorrelation calculation after amplification processing. Then according to different sampling rates, select the appropriate cross-correlation calculation window. The relevant delay can be effectively calculated in the calculation window. Experiments show that the use of infrared measurement of enameled wire paint film continuity program is feasible.
