本文分析了影响环境应力筛选试验有效性的主要因素,即:筛选度、检测效率和工程管理。随后,对影响试验有效性的主要因素逐一分析,并给出了试验过程中的注意事项。最后,针对有效的开展环境应力筛选试验进行了总结归纳,以便给开展试验的人员带来一定的借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the main factors affecting the effectiveness of environmental stress screening test, namely, screening, detection efficiency and engineering management. Then, the main factors that affect the effectiveness of the test are analyzed one by one and the points for attention in the test process are given. Finally, the effective environmental stress screening tests are summarized in order to bring some reference for the people to carry out the test.
