摘要
铜铟镓硒太阳电池具备高光电转换效率,高抗辐照。聚酰亚胺(PI)衬底制备的柔性太阳电池质量比功率高,有极高的应用前景。为此我们对其工艺过程及材料表征进行了讨论。
Copper indium gallium selenium solar cell has high photoelectric conversion efficiency and high resistance to irradiation. The quality of flexible solar cells prepared by polyimide(PI) substrate is higher than that of power and has high application prospect. Therefore, we discuss the process and characterization of the materials.
