国外电厂水工工艺设计相关问题的探讨

Discussion on the Hydraulic Process Design in Foreign Power Plant

随着我国电力设计企业国际化水平的不断提升,中国企业参与国外电力建设工程项目也越来越多。国外工程通常面临以下四方面问题:(1)规范差异;(2)资料欠缺;(3)合同执行出现偏差;(4)出图规则(如对计算书的要求)。本文以巴基斯坦赫维利1230 MW燃气联合循环电站项目为例,就全面采用国际标准进行设计而面临的设计难点进行了分析阐述,为以后国外设计项目的执行提供解决方法和经验。

With improvement of international design ability, Chinese companies work on more and more foreign power plant building projects. The foreign power plant design encounters the following problems：（1）Different standards;（2）The lack of data;（3）Deviation in contract execution;（4）Rule of design drawing. This paper provide introduction and analysis base on the international standard in 1230 MW CCPP Haveli Bahadur Shah, Pakistan design project, which may provide method and experience for foreign design project.
